The Bike build is corporate team building with a powerful purpose. Your team will take part in a series of engaging, bicycle-based challenges designed to test communication, creativity and collaboration, all while enjoying a healthy dose of fun competition.
Working together, participants must earn the components needed to successfully build a complete bicycle. The final and most rewarding outcome is knowing that every bike built during the event is donated to a charity of your choice, creating a lasting impact beyond the day itself.
This hands-on experience brings people together in a meaningful way, strengthens teamwork and problem-solving skills, and supports real community causes. It’s a feel-good event that delivers measurable social impact while energising and connecting your team.

ABOUT THE CHARITY
Everything we do at Bikeworks is because we believe everyone should have access to cycling. We are an award winning charitable social enterprise operating all around London. All the bikes built during our Charity Bike Factory events are gifted to local charities and community projects. In addition, we reinvest 100% of profits into our community cycling programmes such as our All Ability Clubs.
