Our Donation of Ideas team building event turns real challenges faced by disabled people into an opportunity for creativity, collaboration and positive change. Working in teams, participants are given an everyday problem and challenged to develop an innovative idea that could help make life easier or more accessible.
Teams explore the challenge, develop their solution and bring their idea to life before presenting it to a panel in a Dragons’ Den-style finale. The ideas are then donated to Designability, giving their Innovation team fresh thinking and inspiration that could potentially contribute to future real-world solutions.
Participants take on roles across research, design, problem solving and presentation, encouraging collaboration, creativity, communication and innovation.
Fully facilitated and mobile, the event supports CSR and ESG goals, corporate volunteering targets and employee wellbeing, while giving your team the opportunity to donate something incredibly valuable: their ideas.
