The Unseen Challenge is a purpose-led team building event supporting people who are seeking safety and are beginning to rebuild their lives. Teams take part in an engaging treasure hunt, completing challenges while sourcing essential items to create go bags or safe house welcome kits.
Working together, teams follow a carefully designed shopping list to find practical and comforting items such as toiletries, pre paid phones, bedding, treats and everyday essentials. The completed kits are donated to support people at an incredibly important point in their journey towards safety and independence.
The challenge encourages teamwork, communication, problem solving and creativity while helping participants understand more about modern slavery and the work being done to support survivors. Fully facilitated and mobile, the event supports CSR and ESG goals, corporate volunteering targets and employee wellbeing, while creating a tangible and meaningful impact beyond the day itself.

ABOUT THE CHARITY
We create impact by supporting survivors of modern slavery and tackling exploitation at its roots. We provide specialist support to help people rebuild their lives, raise awareness of modern slavery, and work with businesses, communities and policymakers to prevent exploitation, protect vulnerable people and create lasting change.
